Review The Twelve for Prizes!
Sunday, May 10, 2009, 6:10 PM
The UK publication of THE TWELVE is less than two months away now, and I'd like a little help from my blogging friends and those who have received preview copies from Harvill Secker/Random House. If you've read the book, either as a beta reader or received an ARC, please write an online review at one on the many online bookshops, or even on your own blog or website. If you've posted a review online, whether it's good, bad or indifferent, send me an email to info@stuartneville.com with "REVIEW" in the subject line, and include your name and postal address, and I'll send you a signed bookmark and a signed full size colour print of the book cover. And not only that, everyone who emails me will be automatically be entered into a draw to win a very special prize...
To help promote THE TWELVE, I'll be offering a free downloadable short story collection from my website, cunningly titled THE SIX. In addition, a limited run of hard copies will be produced in a paperback format, all signed and numbered. Anyone who emails me about a review they've posted before midnight on 31st July 2009 will be entered into a draw to win one of five copies! So, get reviewing!
Although I'd really prefer readers to support their local independent bookstore, these online shops allow reviews:

Or you can post a review to any website or blog - just email me and you'll be entered.
And once again, it doesn't even have to be a good review!

Fuck.
You're determined to entice me out of
1. blogging retirement
2. reviewer retirement
and disrupt my
1. writing schedule/progress/process
2. my reading the huge pile of books I just checked out of the library and let's not forget Bateman's book is set to arrive any day now.
And then there's the American Idol finale coming up (vote for Danny!)
But I want a signed book cover!
So count me in. Will let you know when I've got it done and posted.
Check your email, mate.
Yep - I'd love to enter, but I've not received the ARC I requested
:c(
You did forward my details...
'Scuse me while I sob quietly in the corner... No ARC, no nothing. *Sniff*
Will do. When is release in Oz? Not that I necessarily have to do it for here, but I could.
You can ship me (upload) an ARC anytime. I will get on it immediately! To the top of the TBR pile! I will do all I can to drum up support for the American Release.
Does an interview and a few beers/introductions in the bar count? :)
Don't enter me in the contest but I'll try to throw up a review or two somewhere.
